Initialement conçues comme des options du navigateur WebViewer les fonctionnalités WebCafé deviennent une sorte d'API (Application Programming Interface) : en gros une suite de fonctions regroupées en modules fonctionnels autonomes.

Construction des espaces professionnels à l'étage : un petit salon d'accueil, une grande salle avec écran web géant et deux salons privés. Seul l'accueil sera ouvert au public, les salles seront réservées aux clients pros.
Building the professionals rooms on first floor : an office, a large room with extra-large webscreen and two private salons. Except the office, rooms are closed to public. Access on reservation for prof costumers only.
